A basic virus and spyware scan includes installation of needed software, removal of any threats, and a brief lesson on how to work the new
software.

A more advanced virus removal may require a complete re-format of your computer's hard drive. Because this is both more time consuming, and more detailed (we will back up your important files), there is a slightly higher cost.

Computer Diagnostics and Repair
Most often, consumers know their computer is not working correctly but are unable to pin-point the problem. Sometimes the problem is corrupt files on the system, other times it is broken or failing hardware.
We will completely review your computer, inside and out, and determine and fix any problems.

Occasionally the problem is bad hardware that simply cannot be repaired. In this case we will contact the customers to discuss options. The best alternative is for us to order in the needed part at the lowest cost available to us, and install that part before the system goes home.

Computer Optimization
Over time a computer can become slow and sluggish. While this is often the result of spyware and bulky, un-needed files, it can also be caused by bad configuration; settings that are not best suited for your computer.
Hard drive cleanup, setting optimization, and other methods of optimizing your machine will be used to allow your computer perform at its best.

Hardware Installations and Upgrades
Old computers can do very well with small upgrades here and there, and it's much cheaper than a new system. Maybe you even want a new computer, but can't find one you like at the stores. We could help you to upgrade an old system or start a new one.
We do not stock parts, but we can help you to find ones that work, and we'll install them too!

Wireless Networking
Wireless network configuration can be confusing, especially if you are new to computers, or wireless networks. Let us come and configure your network for you!
Install and configure your new router and wireless connection. We'll make sure the connection is secure, so others cannot access your network.
